Return and Refund Policy

Although we strive for perfection with every food order we make, sometimes items come up that need to be addressed.

If there is any problem with your food order, you MUST let us know immediately by telephone (416-887-6009).  It is vital that you inform us of the problem immediately (same day as delivery). Complaints issued more than 24hours after the delivery will not be considered for Return/ Refund.

Due to the perishable nature of our foods, if a complaint is not filed immediately and the product not requested for return at the same day or latest the next day, the item will not be considered for return/ refund.

If the Lunch Box could not be returned, please follow up via email within 24hours of delivery and sending a photo of any parts of food causing concern.

Products with only small fractions remaining (less than half) will not be considered for a refund.  Do not throw any of the Lunch Box and foods away. Please leave the original packaging intact.

Should your Lunch Box be damaged in delivery, or the wrong items delivered, please contact us immediately, and follow up with an email containing a photo of any product damage. You may receive a replacement delivery or credit on a future purchase.

If your complaint is not received within 24 hours there will be no refund issued. Refunds or credits issued for dissatisfaction with consumables are at the sole discretion of Tahchin. Please give us the chance to resolve the problem before disputing your transaction.

Daily Orders

Daily orders cancelation is not supposed for Refund/ Return.

Weekly Orders

Weekly Scheduled orders cancelled with more than 24hours notice will receive full refund. Orders cancelled with less than 24hours notice are subject to 100% charge.

Events

50% of the catered food is due to confirm an event

Specialty food items are non-refundable

Up to and including 8 days prior to event, 50% of the catered food is non refundable

7 days to 5 Days prior to event, 75% of the catered food is non refundable

Day of event and 4 Days prior to event, 100% of the catered food is non refundable

1 to 2 Days prior to event, client may reschedule catered food, however perishable items and incurred additional expenses: labor, parts, loss of use may be extra. Deposit 50% will be credited toward the new date. If new date is cancelled, then the deposit 50% will not be refunded.

Note: Refunds are the sole discretion of Tahchin. Although an event may be cancelled or rescheduled, Tahchin reserves the right to allow for consulting and coordinating when or if determining to allow for a cancellation or refund of any amount or for any reason.

Refunds will be made via the method of payment you used to make your purchase.
